Shipping and Delivery
Standard Delivery
Orders placed by 11am MT will be delivered in the contiguous U.S. within 7 business days for most in-stock merchandise. In the event of a delay, you will be notified by email. Orders may be shipped by a variety of carriers, and items ordered together may not necessarily be shipped together. Shipments to P.O. Boxes will be sent via Parcel Post. Some products require additional shipping time and are shipped by truck only within the contiguous U.S. You will be contacted to arrange for a convenient delivery date.

- For Alaska, Hawaii, and other U.S. territories, add $10.00. For Canada and Mexico, add $15.00.
- Shipments outside of the contiguous U.S., and oversized items will also require additional charges.
- Memberships are shipped free of charge.
Oversized Items:
Oversized items, many of which include bulky or heavy items will also require additional charges.
International Shipments:
- Most products can be shipped to international addresses.
- For international addresses please use the Street, Street 2, City, Zip and Country fields, the State field will reset to N/A and is not used for international addresses except Canada.
- Delivery time should take 7 - 10 business days to reach your country provided that there are no unforeseen delays in Customs.
- Orders are shipped via a traceable international carrier.
- Recipient is responsible for all applicable customs duties, tariffs, taxes or Value Added Tax (VAT), which are collected by the carrier upon delivery.
- Some oversized items cannot be shipped to an international address.
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination.
