The winners of the 2008 Bountiful Handcart Days Exhibition are a shining example of the talented people and unique artistic visions in our community. Inspired by cultural, historical, natural and whimsical themes, artists from all over northern Utah offered pieces that touched on almost every medium of art and craft. The Bountiful/Davis Art Center congratulates the outstanding winners.
This year there was a tie for the "People's Choice" award. The winners are Mike Call who also won the "Theme Award" for "Parents of the Prophet: Joseph Sr. & Lucy Mack Smith," and Sandra Rast for an oil painting entitled: "Greater Love." (Depicted below)
