Purpose of the BDAC Foundation Board
The Bountiful/Davis Art Center Foundation was established in 1981 with the purpose to raise an endowment fund.  In 1984, the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws were amended and expanded to enable the Foundation to become the policy-making, operating and fundraising body of Bountiful/Davis Art Center.
