The Davis County High School Student and Art Educator Exhibit is an annual exhibit that highlights the work of many talented students and teachers in Davis School district. The work will be on display through April 25, 2008. Two teachers from the district, Lester Lee and Melanie Swann, organize the exhibit for the school district.
“The Annual Davis School District Student and Art Educator Exhibit will feature the always fresh ideas of these imaginative students and their excellent teachers.” Says BDAC Executive Director Emma Dugal. “We always look forward to this exhibit to see what’s on the horizon for cutting edge art in today’s world.”
The National Watercolor Society Traveling Exhibit will be on display at the Center from April 4th, through May 19th, 2008. The National Watercolor Society started as the California Water Color Society in 1920. In 1975 the members voted to become simply the National Watercolor Society.

Artists from all over the country will be represented in a variety of expressions in watercolor ranging from abstract to representational.”
Although NWS sponsors its own exhibits, it is also an educating society. The slides of its annual exhibitions are available through a rental program and the travel shows visit colleges, public galleries and museums throughout the United States and Canada.
