Celebrate the season with BDAC's 3rd Annual Gingerbread Festival! This year's festival will be full of holiday fun for all ages: photos with Santa, gingerbread cookies, art vendors, Christmas crafts, face painting, and, of course, gingerbread houses. BDAC's Winterfest Art Jubilee will also be on view in the gallery Nov. 16 - Dec. 20. Bring home an original work of art or handmade craft for a holiday gift!

BDAC's Gingerbread House competition is open to all ages and abilities! We encourage individuals, groups, and families to enter. Winners will be announced and prizes awarded at the festival on Friday, December 7th. Categories include Group Effort, Business, Adult (16+), Youth (11-15), and Child (up to age 10).

COMPETITION DETAILS
Gingerbread House drop-off dates: Monday Nov. 25 - 27, 10 - 6 PM and Saturday Nov. 30 noon - 5 PM
There is a $5 entry fee payable online or in-person. No limit to the number of entries per person or group. Houses must be made at least partially of edible materials (gingerbread, candy, etc.) but be constructed soundly enough to remain intact for the duration of the Holiday Show (through December 8th). If a house is based on a kit we encourage the artist to be creative and make it their own. Gingerbread house may be sold through silent auction.
