Classes Policies

Registration fees are to be paid before the beginning of each class. A spot in a class is not guaranteed until full tuition and fees are paid. All classes have a minimum and maximum enrollment, and Bountiful Davis Art Center reserves the right to cancel courses that do not meet the minimum number of students required. Every effort is made to notify those registered of cancellations. Fees for classes canceled by the Art Center will be fully refunded. ​ Classes can be prorated if the student notifies the art center at the time of registration or no later than the day before the first class begins.

• Classes canceled by the art center: 100% refund • Student cancels before 3 days prior to first class: 75% refund • Student cancels within 3 days before first class: 25% refund • Student cancels after first class: No refund

Bountiful Davis Art Center is committed to our students, instructors, and employees' health, safety, and creativity. To help protect our community and prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are implementing several new safety procedures for all summer classes and workshops. These include: ​ • We require students, and instructors to wear a mask if the age requirements of the class is 12 years old and younger regardless of vaccination status. We ask that you wear a mask if you have NOT been vaccinated. If you have a medical condition that makes mask-wearing unsafe, please notify the nearest staff member upon arrival. • Limiting class sizes. • Posted and verbal reminders to wash hands and use hand sanitizer. These extra precautions are based on recommendations by the CDC, the Davis County Health Department, and Bountiful Davis Art Center's commitment to social responsibility.
