BDAC offers a range of spaces designed to bring people together through art, conversation, and shared experience. From galleries activated by exhibitions to smaller spaces for learning and gathering, our rental spaces support events that value creativity, connection, and thoughtful engagement.

Main Gallery

Available for event rentals during exhibitions, the Main Gallery provides a light-filled, open environment that invites guests to connect with both one another and the artwork on view, creating a memorable and art-centered experience. The Lenora Ford Brown Racial Stage is included in a Main Gallery rental.

Private Event Rates

Weekday (Tues–Thu): $150/hour, 2-hour minimum
Weekend (Fri–Sat): $175/hour, 2-hour minimum

Wedding Rates

Weekday (Tues–Thu): $250/hour, 4-hour minimum
Weekend (Fri–Sat): $300/hour, 4-hour minimum

Additional Fees

Kitchen access: $75 flat rate
Alcohol service fee: $75 (required if serving alcohol)
Underground Gallery add-on: $200 flat rate
Security deposit: $200 (refundable)
Date deposit: $250 (non-refundable)

Lenora Ford Brown Recital Stage

Just off of the Main Gallery, the Lenora Ford Brown Recital Stage is BDAC’s dedicated performance space for music, spoken word, and educational use, offering an intimate setting designed for focused listening and meaningful performance experiences.

Educational Recital Rates
These rates are reserved for indepindant performing arts education teachers providing students with access to a professional performance environment, consistent with the stage’s mission.

$80 for a 2-hour block with 1 piano
- $27.50 for each additional hour
$90 for a 2-hour block with 2 pianos
- $32.50 for each additional hour

Recording Rates
Noise-free recording conditions are guaranteed on Mondays and after-hours time blocks only.

$100 for a 2-hour block with 1 piano
- $37.50 for each additional hour
$120 for a 2-hour block with 2 pianos
- $47.50 for each additional hour

If recordings are requested during regular public hours, a noise-free environment can only be guaranteed if the Main Gallery is secured as a private rental, allowing BDAC to close the building during the recording session.

Underground Gallery

The Underground Gallery is an intimate, community-centered exhibition space well suited for nonprofit events, small receptions, talks, and workshops. Its scale supports conversation and close engagement with the artwork.

Private Event Rates

Weekday (Tues–Thu): $75/hour, 2-hour minimum
Weekend (Fri–Sat): $100/hour, 2-hour minimum
Refundable security deposit: $200

20% discount available for Davis County residents and nonprofit organizations with ID

Boardroom

The Boardroom is a professional meeting space featuring a large conference table, seating for up to 12, a monitor for presentations, and rotating artwork from the BDAC collection. It is well suited for meetings, planning sessions, presentations, and working meals during regular business hours.

Weekday (Tues–Thu): $50/hour, 2-hour minimum
Weekend (Fri–Sat): $65/hour, 2-hour minimum
Supporting Members receive two complimentary two-hour reservations annually, which may be used for either FRAME or the Boardroom.

Refundable deposit (with food): $150

FRAME Community Space

FRAME may be reserved by BDAC members for small group use—such as instructional classes, study sessions, or meet-ups. By spring 2026, the space will include modular seating, a small art-focused library, and a monitor for presentations or instruction.

No food or wet art materials (like paint) permitted
