Bountiful Davis Art Center is pleased to offer the Lenora Ford Brown Recital Stage for recitals, rehearsals, and recordings. Our space has quickly grown into a public favorite among musicians who love to host their concerts and recitals in this renovated industrial-modern space. In addition, your guests will be surrounded by art from our rotating exhibitions throughout the year.

What We Charge 

This pricing applies to recitals, recordings, and rehearsals.

Items in red are required, items in green are optional.

DEPOSIT: $25

VENUE RENTAL 0 - 1 PIANO: $45

VENUE RENTAL 2 PIANOS: $55

BDAC TEACHER MEMBERSHIP: $25

BDAC STUDENT MEMBERSHIP: $10

(memberships are required once annually)

SOUND SYSTEM: $25

(includes mics, projector, etc.)

LARGE EVENT SURCHARGE: $55

(required for 50+ audience members)

 

How to Book 

We have a new system for booking recitals! Please follow the instructions below to request a recital at the BDAC. Recitals can be booked up to 90 days in advance. For rentals over 4 hours, please reach out to us individually.

 

  1. Using the buttons below, select the rental time block, date, and time you would like to request. IMPORTANT: The rental block includes setup and takedown time. We recommend having a recital start time at least fifteen minutes after your rental block begins.The minimum time slot rental is 2 hours. Requesting the time slot does not guarantee the rental.

  2. Once you have submitted your request, you will be redirected to a Recital Request Form that you are required to fill out to host an event at the BDAC. Please read over our policies carefully. 

  3. Once the time request and recital form have been submitted, our Events Director, Kristen Alley, will reach out to confirm your request. If your request works for our schedule, a secure invoice link will be sent to the email you provide on the initial event request.

  4. Once you have paid the invoice, the event is confirmed on our calendar. IMPORTANT: We do not consider any event finalized until the invoice is paid. We are first come first serve, and the time block will go to the person who pays first.
