Bountiful Davis Art Center's large and spacious gallery is equipped to host many different events such as weddings, concerts, corporate events, Celebration of Life Ceremonies, and more. Located on historic Main Street, we offer a beautiful and unique space where guests can enjoy incredible art and make memories.

What We Charge
Items in red are required, items in green are optional.

Event Types include: Wedding, Celebration of Life, Concert, Shower, Dinner Party, Business Convention, Lecture, etc.

DATE DEPOSIT: $250​
(nonrefundable - holds event date)
​
SECURITY DEPOSIT: $200
(fully refundable post event if space is left in good condition)

PRIVATE EVENT VENUE FEE: 2 Hour minimum
Weekday (Tues-Thurs) $150/hour
Weekend (Fri-Sat) $175/hour

WEDDING VENUE FEE: 4 Hour minimum
Weekday (Tues-Thurs) $250/hour
Weekend (Fri-Sat) $300/hour

BDAC INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP: $35
BDAC ORGANIZATION MEMBERSHIP: $100
(memberships are required once annually)

ADD ONS and ADDITIONAL FEES
KITCHEN ACCESS: $75
ALCOHOL SURCHARGE: $75 (Required if serving alcohol. Must be served by a licensed caterer.)
UNDERGROUND GALLERY ADD ON: $200 (flat rate)

How to Book
​
Please follow the instructions below to book a site visit, or view our calendar availability. Events can be booked up to 6 months in advance.

Using the buttons below, select the event type you would like to request. IMPORTANT: The rental block includes setup and takedown time. Requesting the time slot does not guarantee the rental. You will be directed to a calendar to select your desired date and time.

Once the time request has been submitted, you will be directed to the Event Rental contract. Please complete the form online and submit. Our Events Coordinator will reach out to finalize the booking.
IMPORTANT: We do not consider any event finalized until the invoice is paid. We are first come first serve, and the time block will go to the person who pays first.
