What We Charge 

Items in red are required, items in green are optional.

Private Event Types include: Wedding, Celebration of Life, Concert, Shower, Dinner Party, Business Convention, Lecture, etc.

DATE DEPOSIT: $200​

(nonrefundable - holds event date)

SECURITY DEPOSIT: $200

(fully refundable post event if space is left in good condition)

PRIVATE EVENT VENUE FEE: $600 - $1100

(determined by event type and duration)

WEDDING VENUE FEE: $1200 - $1600

(rental fee includes ceremony, luncheon, and reception)

BDAC INDIVIDUAL MEMBERSHIP: $35

BDAC ORGANIZATION MEMBERSHIP: $100

(memberships are required once annually)

CATERER KITCHEN USE: $50

ALCOHOL SURCHARGE: $50

(must be served by a licensed caterer)

How to Book 

​

Please follow the instructions below to book a site visit with our Event Director, or view our calendar availability. Events can be booked up to 6 months in advance.

1. Using the buttons below, select the event type, date, and time you would like to request. IMPORTANT: The rental block includes setup and takedown time. Requesting the time slot does not guarantee the rental.

2. Once the time request has been submitted, our Events Director, Kristen Alley, will reach out to explain the next steps.

IMPORTANT: We do not consider any event finalized until the invoice is paid. We are first come first serve, and the time block will go to the person who pays first.
