"It Was Their Third Cup of Coffee" explores the relationship between creativity, energy, and the 40 hour work week. Following Bea's experience working a full time retail job while striving to maintain her creative practice, the exhibition uses the material culture of the job to examine the push and pull of creativity maintenance under the demands of consumerism, materialism, and capitalism.
