Class Description
Let's paint K-pop Tiger! Fun and playful art workshop where we blend traditional Korean folk painting (Minhwa) with the bright style of K-pop demon-hunter animation. In this workshop, you will paint “Derpy “ a cute, chubby tiger with blue shining mismatched eyes. Derpy is a friendly demon-hunter hero who protects the village with charm and courage, goofy but wise, lazy but loyal. You will learn to Minhwa brush stroke and ink techniques and How to draw tiger’s round, soft, expressive face, the blue glow in Derpy’s odd eyes. Simple steps to finish your own colorful hero tiger paintingThis workshop is great for beginners and anyone who loves K-pop, animation, and Korean culture. Join to workshop to relax, paint, and bring Derpy the Blue-Glow Tiger! Painting is a meditation on creating your own world. Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are to be paid before the beginning of each class. A spot in a class is not guaranteed until full tuition and fees are paid. All classes have a minimum and maximum enrollment and Bountiful Davis Art Center reserves the right to cancel classes that do not meet the minimum number of students required. Every effort is made to notify those registered of cancellations. Fees for classes canceled by the Art Center will be fully refunded. Cancellation/Refund Terms for classes: Classes cancelled by the art center: 100% refund Student cancels before first class: $10 fee (Please e-mail kaye@bdac.org for refund, less $10 fee) Student cancels after beginning of first class: No refund
