Class Description
In Hawaiian, haku lei literally means "weaver of lei." Haku refers to a technique of weaving or braiding ferns and adding flowers as you braid. Traditionally, white haku leis are worn in Hawaiian weddings and colorful haku leis are worn for other celebratory events like graduations, pageants and luaus. Ages 12+

Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are to be paid before the beginning of each class. A spot in a class is not guaranteed until full tuition and fees are paid. All classes have a minimum and maximum enrollment and Bountiful Davis Art Center reserves the right to cancel classes that do not meet the minimum number of students required. Every effort is made to notify those registered of cancellations. Fees for classes canceled by the Art Center will be fully refunded. Cancellation/Refund Terms for classes: Classes cancelled by the art center: 100% refund Student cancels before first class: $10 fee (Please e-mail kaye@bdac.org for refund, less $10 fee) Student cancels after beginning of first class: No refund
