Class Description
Do you know you were created to be a unique piece of ART (Ambitious, Resilient & Thriving)? Every part of your body is a visual conception of ART, and everybody is a unique healing journey of the Divine? Come and join this class for a Sacred Expression & Exploration of Healing & Spiritual Arts. The class will be using various media and supplies. Teacher Bio: De' is a certified Life, Health, and Spiritual Coach, & Integrative Minister, with over 10 years of experience in Holistic & Spiritual Wellness. Her compassionate, intuitive approach honors the whole person — nurturing physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and intellectual well-being. Blending ancient wisdom with modern wellness practices, De' creates a peaceful, supportive space for clients to release stress, reconnect with themselves, and move through life’s transitions with greater clarity, balance, and joy. Inspired by her own journey into Holistic Wellness, De' believes transformation unfolds when we feel truly seen, supported, and empowered to honor our own path. When she isn’t working with clients, you’ll often find her dancing, teaching art, or creating something delicious in the kitchen.
